Hello,
I am glad you are visiting and hope that you can find all of the information that you need and more. We have an amazing school district made up of excellent students and outstanding faculty and staff members. As an Elkins Elk, our students get a world-class education in an environment that has a small-town, family-friendly feel.
We are excited to be one of the fastest growing schools in the fastest growing region of Arkansas. Our students benefit daily from new facilities upgrades and renovations that have taken place in recent years. Also, it is our belief that we can utilize technology to personalize the learning experience for every child. A large investment has been made by the district in order to transform to a complete 1-to-1 school where every student has his or her very own computer available for use throughout the day to enhance the learning experience.
At Elkins, we are constantly looking to improve and expand course offerings and extracurricular opportunities for students. From fine arts to athletics or career and technical education to concurrent college credit opportunities our students have a multitude of choices available to them.
Our teaching faculty and support staff are second to none. Our staff members work together, and I am pleased to say that they truly care about our students. If you are new to the area and looking for a school for your children to attend you will find that Elkins School District is a fantastic option. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have questions or would like to know more about our district. You can reach me at jmangrum@elkinsdistrict.org or (479) 643-2172.
GO ELKS!
